If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that a deposit (cash or credit card) of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. Please note that guests booking for more than 5 days must pay a 50% deposit on all amounts over EUR 300. Please contact the property in advance to arrange payment. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Johannisstra?e 43-45, 50668 K?ln. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
